While their service offering was innovative, their old website was dated, hard to navigate, and unclear about what the company actually did. This created barriers for both healthcare providers and patients seeking transportation solutions.

My Approach

  • WEBSITE REDESIGN — I started by refreshing the brand’s look with a clean, modern color palette and typography. I also chose imagery that would highlight trust, reliability, and compassion — qualities that felt essential for a healthcare transportation company.
  • CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT — I built the site on Webflow to create custom layouts and interactive elements. My goal was to make the site not just visually appealing but also intuitive, so users could quickly find what they needed without feeling overwhelmed.
  • IMPROVED ONLINE PRESENCE — Their old site was confusing and outdated, so I focused on transforming it into a polished, credible, and user-friendly platform. By clearly communicating CloudTrans’ mission and services, I helped strengthen their professional image, especially important given their partnership with Uber Health.
