Project Overview

Ellianos is a growing coffee franchise focused on delivering a fast, high-quality drive-thru coffee experience across multiple locations. In collaboration with The Alchemist agency, the project involved migrating the existing website from WordPress to Shopify to improve backend functionality and enable a seamless merch e-commerce experience.

The previous site lacked the flexibility and structure needed to support both franchise growth and online sales. A more modern, scalable solution was needed to streamline operations, improve usability, and create a cohesive experience for both customers and potential franchise partners.

My Approach

  • DISCOVERY & EVALUATION – I reviewed the existing WordPress site to identify limitations in structure, performance, and backend usability, helping define a clear direction for the migration.
  • COLLABORATION & ALIGNMENT – Working alongside The Alchemist agency, I ensured the design and development aligned with the broader creative direction while maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • PLATFORM MIGRATION & SETUP – I transitioned the site to Shopify to provide a more flexible and scalable backend, better suited for managing products, content, and future growth.
  • STRUCTURE & USER FLOW – I reorganized the site architecture to improve navigation and make it easier for users to access key information and explore the brand.
  • E-COMMERCE EXPERIENCE – I designed and implemented a seamless merch store, ensuring it felt fully integrated into the site and easy for users to browse and purchase.
  • DEVELOPMENT & PERFORMANCE – I built a clean, responsive website optimized for performance, reliability, and long-term scalability.
