Project Overview
LifeBlood is a med-tech talent company focused on connecting top-tier talent with innovative companies in the healthcare and medical technology space. Working alongside 5+8 agency, who led the design, the goal was to develop a modern, scalable website that clearly communicates their services, attracts high-quality candidates, and establishes a strong, credible digital presence.
The previous website lacked the clarity and structure needed to effectively represent both sides of the business: talent and partners. In addition, they needed a CMS-driven solution to manage and distribute job listings efficiently. A more refined, user-focused experience was needed to improve navigation, strengthen brand positioning, and support growth.

My Approach

- CMS & JOB LISTING SYSTEM – I developed a flexible CMS solution that allows the team to easily manage, update, and distribute job listings, supporting their talent sourcing and outreach workflows.
