Lunar Resources Website
Lunar Resources
Design + Development + Branding
Project Overview
Lunar Resources is a Houston-based technology company developing infrastructure for both space and Earth industries. Their mission involves extracting and using lunar materials to manufacture essential structures in space, reducing reliance on Earth-based supply chains.
Their previous website was outdated and lacked the visual storytelling needed to reflect the scale of their innovation. To strengthen credibility and impress investors, partners, and the public, they wanted a modern, animation-rich website that clearly communicates their groundbreaking work and positions them as leaders in space industrialization.

My Approach
- DISCOVERY & RESEARCH — I took time to understand the client’s technology by touring their headquarters, diving deep into their process, and studying competitor sites. This gave me the clarity I needed to translate complex tech concepts into something engaging and easy to understand.
- UX STRATEGY — I mapped out a storytelling-driven user journey that aligned with the client’s request. My focus was on creating a site that felt intuitive to navigate, while also making sure it looked and worked beautifully across all devices.
- CUSTOM CODE & INTERACTIONS — I used Webflow and custom HTML/CSS/Javascript to build out interactive features like a dynamic & interactive map, toggle switches, and smooth scroll animations. These details helped bring the client’s vision to life and kept the user experience engaging.
- 3D MODELING & INTEGRATION — I worked closely with the lead engineer to showcase 3D models of their technology. I enhanced the base models with textures, lighting, and animations, then seamlessly integrated them into the website to give visitors a vivid, hands-on feel for the technology and innovation.
