Project Overview
WovenWorks is a global brand packaging and manufacturing company formed through the merger of Product Ventures and COHO Creative. Following the integration of both companies, the goal was to create a unified digital presence that reflects the new brand, clearly communicates combined capabilities, and supports future growth.
The previous digital presence was fragmented across separate brands and lacked the clarity needed to represent the full scope of services. To establish credibility and cohesion, the new website needed to simplify complex offerings, align with the rebrand, and present WovenWorks as a single, trusted global partner.

My Approach
- DISCOVERY & ALIGNMENT – I worked to understand both legacy companies, their services, and how they came together under WovenWorks. This helped define a clear direction for presenting a unified brand and ensuring nothing critical was lost in the transition.
- CONTENT STRUCTURE & SIMPLIFICATION – I organized and consolidated a wide range of services into a clear, intuitive structure. The focus was on reducing complexity while still communicating depth and capability.
- UX STRATEGY – I designed user flows that guide visitors through key services and offerings, making it easy for potential partners and clients to understand what WovenWorks does and how they can engage.
- DESIGN & SYSTEMS – I created a clean, modern interface aligned with the new brand, supported by a modular design system that ensures consistency and scalability across the site.
- DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION – I built a flexible, CMS-driven website that allows the team to manage content efficiently, while maintaining performance, responsiveness, and a strong foundation for future growth.
